Before you decide
- A free demo and a plan before you decide. The plan shows every page and the price of the whole site.
The build
- The front page and every page in the plan. I design and build them myself.
- Texts and images. You tell me, I write: if you have no texts, I write them from your details with the help of AI, and you check them before launch. For images I use yours first, otherwise stock photos or illustrations I draw for the site.
- The site works on phones, tablets and computers.
- The technical groundwork for search engines.
- Accessible pages (WCAG AA), a privacy notice and a cookie notice.
Launch and after
- An admin panel (Payload) where you update the texts and images yourself.
- Launch, measuring and fixes.

How much does a one-page site cost?
A one-page site costs 490 €. It fits your services, photos, contact details and a form on one long page. The price is fixed and agreed in writing before the work starts.
When do I pay?
You pay half when you approve the front page updated from the demo, and the rest once the site is launched.
Is VAT added to the price?
No. The prices are final: 990 € is 990 €.
How much does an online shop cost?
An online shop is quoted separately, because the number of products and the payment methods vary a lot. I build online shops on Shopify and customise them from start to finish myself. You get a fixed price before the work starts.
Can I have the site in other languages too?
Yes. Each additional language adds 10-20 % to the price of the site. The exact sum is in the plan that comes with the demo.
Are there running costs?
Hosting costs 29 €/month. I look after it myself, and the domain is in your name. SEO is optional monthly work, 190 €/month.
Is SEO included in the price?
The basic SEO is: every page has its own title and description, the site is fast on a phone too, and it gets a sitemap and is submitted to Google at launch. The monthly SEO work is optional, 190 €/month.
Are there paid themes or plugins?
No. I build sites with Payload, which is open source, so your site comes with no licence fees. You pay only for building the site and for hosting.
Are a privacy notice and a cookie notice included?
Yes. I write the privacy notice and the cookie notice for your site while I build it, and there is no separate bill for them.
Is the site accessible?
Yes. I build sites to WCAG AA, the accessibility guidelines, so they work with a keyboard and a screen reader, and the text stands out clearly from its background.
Can the site have online booking or a map?
Yes. I connect ready-made services to the site, such as online booking or a map. Bigger integrations are agreed separately.
Do I have to buy maintenance?
Maintenance is part of the monthly hosting fee, 29 €/month, so you do not buy it separately. You change the texts and images yourself in the admin panel, and you pay only for the changes you ask me to make.
What do later changes cost?
Changing texts and images costs nothing, because you do it yourself in the admin panel. Changes I make for you, such as a new page, cost 50 €/hour. They are optional.
Does the demo cost anything?
No. I build the demo of your front page before you decide anything, and it commits you to nothing.
What if I don't like the demo?
Then that is the end of it. The demo is free, and you commit only once the price is agreed in writing.
Can I get my money back if I am not happy?
No, I do not refund payments. That is why you see your front page before you pay anything: the demo is free, and you pay the first half only once you approve the front page updated from the demo. During the build you see a working version before anything is locked.
Who writes the texts and finds the images?
I do, and they are included in the price. You tell me what you do and for whom, and I write the texts from that with the help of AI. You check them before launch, so every fact is right. For images I use your own photos first. If there are none, I choose stock photos that fit your trade or draw illustrations for the site. I use only images whose licence allows use on a client's site, and you keep the images.
Do you use my own logo and colours?
Yes. If you have a logo and colours, the site is built around them. If not, I choose colours that fit your trade. I do not design full logos, but if you have none, I make a simple text logo for the site.
Does the content of my old site carry over?
If you already have a website, I use its texts and images, and you do not need to send anything. You will already see it in the demo, because I build the demo from the content of your current site.
Can I update the site myself?
Yes. You get a Payload admin panel where you change the texts and images yourself, with no code. You do not need me for a change.
Who looks after the hosting?
I do. The site runs on a server I manage, and I keep it up and running. The domain is in your name. Hosting costs 29 €/month.
